Your privacy matters to Siren24 unit of Tree Apple Healthcare Private Limited (as a Company, we are the society of critical care emergency medicine or we are). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, use, transfer and protect information about you. It also tells you how you can access and update your information and make certain choices about how we use your information.

Unless otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, capitalized terms in the Privacy Policy have the meanings below and defined in the Terms:


• “Shared Services” has the meaning assigned to the term in clause 7 (c) of this document.

• “Device” means a computer, mobile device, or other device used to access the Services.

• “Device ID” means the IP address or other unique identifiers of the Device.

• “Mobile Application” means the Siren24 application provided by us on a Device to access the Services.

• “Information about mobile devices” has the meaning ascribed to the term in paragraph 2 (d) (ii) of this document.

• "Promotion" means any competition and other offers offered by us.

• “Protected Information” means those categories of information that can reasonably be used to personally identify you, including your name, email address, and mobile phone number.

• "TPSP" means Third Party Service Provider.

• “Usage Information” has the meaning assigned to the term in clause 3 of this document.


2. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US

We may ask you to provide us with certain Protected Information. We may collect this information through various means and in various places through the Services, including account registration forms, contact forms with us, or when you otherwise interact with us. When you register to use the Services, you create a user profile. We will ask you to provide only such Protected Information that is intended for lawful purposes in connection with our Services and must be collected by us for this purpose.

3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT WHEN YOU ACCESS AND USE OUR SERVICES.

We also collect your Device ID for your device. A Device ID is a number that is automatically assigned to your Device used to access the Services, and our computers identify your Device by its Device ID.

On our mobile app and website, we provide options for Advanced Life Support (“ALS”), Basic Life Support (“BLS”), Patient Transport, and Morgue. You choose the most suitable option from our mobile application and/or website depending on your needs.

We may from time to time supplement the information we collect about you through our website, mobile app or services with external records from third parties.

Our services are mainly provided through a mobile application. The Siren24 mobile application allows you to choose the purpose/intent of using our Services. You can choose the ambulance you need depending on the state of your emergency care. The Siren24 mobile app provides 4 options to choose from - Advance Life Support (“ALS”), Basic Life Support (“BLS”), Patient Transportation, and Mortuary. The same can be selected in the Mobile application.

We do not collect sensitive medical/personal information that may be required to protect us under applicable law. However, we may ask you to provide relevant health information that you may need an ambulance to obtain to better serve you. As mentioned above, the provision of relevant health information is optional. Therefore, you are not advised to share such sensitive medical/personal information in Our application/website / mobile application, or with any ambulance service provider or drivers of such vehicles. You understand the consequences and assume full responsibility in the event of leakage/provision of such confidential medical/personal information. Siren24 is in no way responsible for providing such information.

We understand that subject to several Applicable Laws, the identity of any patient may be protected and should not be disclosed. Since we collect/store your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, we will comply with any such Applicable Laws to the extent possible. However, we are in no way responsible for any personal information that may have been stored during transmission to a third-party service provider. There may also be a possibility that the person booking the Ambulance through Siren24 may not be the person using the service, in such cases Siren24 unit of Tree Apple HealthCare Private Limited is not responsible for the misuse or disclosure of any confidential information within the company or through ASP / TPSP.


6. USE OF COLLECTED INFORMATION

Our primary goal in collecting your information is to provide you with enhanced experiences when using the Services. We use your information to closely monitor which features of the Services are used the most so that you can view your travel history, rate trips, and determine which features we need to focus on for improvement, including usage patterns and geographic locations in order to determine if where we should offer or focus services, functions and/or resources.

Based on the Protected Information you provide to us when registering an account, we will send you a welcome email to verify your username and password.

We use the information collected from our mobile app so that we can provide you with the correct version of the app based on your device type, for troubleshooting purposes and, in some cases, for marketing purposes.

We use your IP address to diagnose problems with our computer server and to administer our websites. Your IP address is used to identify you but does not contain personal information about you.

On the rare occasion that this is necessary, we will send you ads that are solely related to the service. For example, if our Services are temporarily suspended for maintenance, we may send you an email. If you do not want to receive them, you have the option to deactivate your account.

ASPs can also access your protected information, including your geographic location. We provide your choice of ambulance type and preferred travel time (which may include immediate travel or specified travel times later) that you select from our ASP mobile app / website to provide you with the most beneficial option.

• We use this geographic location information for a variety of purposes, including so that you can see drivers in your area who are close to your location so that you can specify a pick up location so that drivers can identify pickup. location to send you promotions and offers, and to allow you (if you choose any features we may provide) to share this information with others.

11. CHANGE OF INFORMATION AND CANCELLATION OF THE ACCOUNT
